okph Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "okph," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the operator of the okph platform accessible at okph.club.
• "Platform" means the okph website, mobile-optimized site, and all associated services, games, and features made available through okph.club.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on the okph Platform or accesses any part of the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on the okph Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player into their okph Account for the purpose of wagering on games.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits awarded by okph to a Player's Account, subject to wagering requirements and bonus-specific terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by okph before processing withdrawals or as otherwise required by applicable regulations.
• "Applicable Law" means all laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements applicable to the operation of the okph Platform in the Philippines, including those issued or administered by PAGCOR.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the okph Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with the okph Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. These documents collectively constitute the entire agreement between you and okph.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the okph Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

3. Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on the okph Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful and not prohibited by applicable local law.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where the receipt of online gambling services is prohibited.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of okph, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the okph Platform or had an Account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

okph reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in suspension or closure of your Account and forfeiture of any Bonus Balance.

4. Account Registration

Each Player may hold only one Account on the okph Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change. okph is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate Account information.

okph reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

Upon successful registration, you will receive a confirmation to the email address provided. Your Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person.

5. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your okph login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person or allow any other person to access your Account.

okph will never contact you to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from okph that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

You must notify okph immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. okph will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your Account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials or have failed to notify okph promptly upon discovering unauthorized access.

okph strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your Account. This feature is available in your Account security settings and provides a significant additional layer of protection against unauthorized access.

6. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the okph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). okph does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency or cryptocurrency.

Accepted deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers via major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card deposits are also accepted where available.

Credit card deposits for gambling purposes are not accepted in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.

Deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance upon confirmation of receipt by okph's payment processor. Processing times vary by payment method. okph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking institutions.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible.
• Any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Balances must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• okph reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where fraud is suspected.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as specified in the cashier section of the Platform and may be updated from time to time.

okph does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which okph accepts no responsibility.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

okph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms and any additional terms specific to the individual promotion, which will be published alongside the offer.

General bonus conditions applicable to all okph promotions include:

• Bonuses are credited to your Bonus Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) must be wagered on eligible games before a withdrawal can be requested.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates by game type are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus funds and associated winnings not used within the specified period will be forfeited automatically.
• okph reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without notice, where there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or technical error.
• Players may only claim each welcome or first-deposit bonus once. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through multiple Accounts constitutes fraud.

8. Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on the okph Platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, conducted by trained dealers in licensed studios. Game outcomes are determined independently of any action by okph staff.

Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. Past results do not influence future game outcomes.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your screen and the result recorded on okph's servers, the server record shall be the definitive record for all purposes. okph's decision on any disputed game outcome is final.

Technical malfunctions void all pays and plays. If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault, okph will endeavor to restore the game to its last confirmed state. Where this is not possible, the wager will be returned to the Player's Real Money Balance.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okph Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game or Platform feature for financial gain.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage, matched betting, or systematic exploitation of bonus offers.
• Attempting to access another Player's Account without authorization.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing okph staff or other Players through any communication channel.
• Circumventing a self-exclusion by registering a new Account or using another person's Account.

okph reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, void all associated winnings, and report the matter to relevant Philippine authorities where required by law.
